Utilizing Motivational Interviewing in Clinical Supervision

This training will review some of the basic tenants of Motivational Interviewing and assist therapists and clinical supervisors in holding the spirit of MI throughout their practice and supervision. We will discuss MI processes, skills and practices used in supervision. Participants will gain knowledge of how to identify change talk and manage discord in supervisees. Finally, you will be given some tools for developing a positive growth plan for clinicians and resources to assist you.

The cost is $80. You will earn 5 CEUs which can be used for LPC general hours or LPCS supervision specific hours.
